The Development Toolkit is an online tool available to all staff. It contains more than 3,000 resources including top tips, key guides and self-assessments on a range of topics such as leadership, personal skills and wellbeing.

Access 'playlists' (grouped resources) that may be useful when working to the Bath Hybrid model:
There are ten e-learning modules available.
Management e-learning modules take approx. 45 minutes each to complete.
Sign in using your University username and password and either search for a specific topic or use the tabs to review resources within key themes.
