Inclusion is at the core of achieving innovation, good decision making and performance. Gently changing behaviours for a more inclusive university is vital in creating a community that mitigates bias, opens eyes to differing points of view and is able to leverage the diversity of perceptive and knowledge available to us.
The work carried out by the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion team aims to strengthen our leadership, collaborations, and performance as a result of a more inclusive environment with a sense of belonging for all. These inclusion nudges eventually become the default and the norm.
