  • Silver Incident Response Team meetings
  • Gold Incident Response Team meetings
  • Media Centre
  • Reception Centre

The following locations can be considered for these activities:

4 West Boardroom 20 Silver or Gold meetings
Wessex House Council Chamber 56 Silver or Gold meetings

*N.B this list is not exhaustive, other options may be suggested by those involved in the response

Some rooms may be pre-booked for other activities, which may or may not be able to continue depending on the nature of the incident. To check room availability in hours, contact the conference and events team conferencesandevents@bath.ac.uk or call 01225 383441. Out of hours, access will need to be gained via the Security Team. To request use of the STV for incident response related activities please contact the shift manager in hours on 01225 386339 or the Director of Sport or Head of Sports Operations out of hours. The library is open 24/7.

If access to the main campus is restricted, alternative locations for these activities may need to be identified at off site locations such as

  • The Virgil Building
  • Carpenter House

Please note, Silver and Gold Incident Response Team meetings are often held remotely, via Teams, which has the advantage of being quick to arrange, particularly as many team members follow a hybrid working pattern. Bronze teams will likely meet in-person at a suitable location depending on the nature of the incident and areas affected.
