1. The free prize draw (“Promotion”) is open to all students and staff currently studying and working at the University of Bath.
  2. The Promotion will start on Monday 6 November 2023 at 09:00 (“Starting Date”).
  3. The Promotion will close on Sunday 26 November 2023 at 23:59 (“Closing Date”).
  4. To take part in the Promotion, the entrant (“Entrant”) must enter their email address at the end of the survey.
  5. There is a maximum of one entry per person.
  6. There will be five student winners and five staff winners with a maximum of one prize per winner i.e. one voucher for each winner of this Promotion. Any entrant who is both a member of staff and a student will only be eligible to win one prize across the two draws.
  7. The winners will be selected at random on Monday 1 December 2023.
  8. The winners will be notified by email by a member of the Climate Action Team by Monday 8 December 2023.
  9. The winner will receive one of the vouchers listed as available as part of the prize draw (“The Prize”).
  10. There is no cash alternative to the Prize.
  11. To claim the Prize, the Winner must respond to the Climate Action Team within 14 working days (“Claim Period”).
  12. If the Winner does not respond within the Claim Period, the Promoter reserves the right to select another Winner.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize or prizes to the equivalent value.
  14. Details of the Winners will be available for one month after the Closing Date by writing to climateaction@bath.ac.uk
  15. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind which may affect submitting, receipt or processing of your entry.
  16. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all respects on all Entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
  17. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
