Join us to learn more about the working lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) people in the UK, based on a recent CIPD research report.

This talk will provide an overview of a recent research report commissioned and published by the CIPD (and involving Dr Luke Fletcher from the School of Management) into the working lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) people in the UK. It will discuss some of the key findings from the report and what implications these have for workplace diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Speaker

Dr Luke Fletcher joined the University of Bath School of Management in December 2020 as an Associate Professor in Human Resource Management, having previously worked at Aston Business School, Aston University.
