    Walk, run, swim, cycle, try new sports, activities and have fun. Staying active doesn’t need to be a chore, small changes can make a big difference.

    Make time to connect with others around you to feel supported, encouraged & part of a community. Talk, listen & support others & they will do the same for you.

    Sleep well, cook new & healthy recipes, enjoy the outdoors and get away from your screen. This will help to make you feel ready & get the most out of your day.

    Live in the moment & take notice of the things around you. Understand yourself through your experiences, respond well to situations, be calmer & perform better.
