Emergency dental services for existing patients
If you are a patient with us, please call us on 01225 333931. We are available from 8.30am Monday to Friday. Try to call as early as possible so we can see you the same day.
A receptionist will book you an emergency appointment if appropriate.
If we are closed call the NHS helpline on 111 for advice.
Emergency dental services if you do not have a dentist
If you do not have a dentist, call 111 for advice and about accessing dental care.

Please note the usual NHS charges apply for all the above services so you should take cash, or a credit or debit card to any emergency appointment. If you are exempt from payment, you will need to take proof of exemption.
The Practice supports the government's 'Zero Tolerance' campaign for Health Service Staff. This states that Dentists and their staff have a right to care for others without fear of being attacked or abused. To successfully provide these services a mutual respect between all the staff and patients has to be in place. All our staff aim to be polite, helpful, and sensitive to all patients’ individual needs and circumstances.
In order for the practice to maintain good relations with their patients the practice would like to ask all its patients to read and take note of the occasional types of behaviour that would be found unacceptable:
- using bad language or swearing at practice staff
- verbal abuse towards the staff in any form
- persistent or unrealistic demands that cause stress to staff will not be accepted.
Requests will be met wherever possible and explanations given when they cannot.
There are two orthodontic practices in Bath. Their services are not on the NHS and you will need to contact them directly.
