About the role

Our department houses over 4000 students throughout the academic year, and during the summer months external companies use our accommodation services for conferences, summer camps and away days.

We are looking for a full time Accommodation Porter (36.5 hours a week) to provide a high quality porter service in our student accommodation.

You will be responsible for: - general maintenance in student accommodation - removing waste and recycling - ensuring health and safety - organising linen - working in stores

The right person will work well in a team and enjoy delivering great customer service.

It would be an advantage to have experience of working in a hotel or student accommodation. A driving licence is also beneficial.

This is a full time, permanent role. You will be working five days out of seven and may be required to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
