The old printers and Pharos Pop-up will be automatically removed from University-owned computers.
Removing the printers
- From the Windows Start menu, select ’Settings’, or press the Windows and I keys together.
- Select ’Devices’.
- Select ‘Printers & scanners’ from the left-hand sidebar.

- Select the printer in the pane on the right, then select ’Remove device’.

Removing the Pharos Pop-up program
- From the Windows Start menu, select ’Settings’, or press the Windows and I keys together.
- Select ‘Apps’.
- Select ‘Pharos’ from the list of ‘Apps & features’.
- Select Uninstall.

- In the Select Option window, select ‘Run Uninstaller’ then ‘Next’.

- In the Pharos Uninstallation window, select ‘Next’.
- In the Select Components window, select ‘Pharos Popups’ then ‘Next’.

- When the Pharos Directory window appears, select ‘Next’.
- In the Start Uninstallation window, select ‘Start’.

- When the uninstallation has completed, select ‘Finish’.
