Removing the printers
- From the Windows Start menu, select ’Settings’, or press the Windows and I keys together.
- Select ’Bluetooth & devices’ from the left-hand sidebar.
- Select ‘Printers & scanners’ from the pane on the right.
- Select the printer in the device list.
- Select ’Remove' in the top right-hand corner of the page.
Removing the Pharos Pop-up app
- From the Windows Start menu, select ’Settings’, or press the Windows and I keys together.
- Select ‘Apps’ from the left-hand sidebar, then select ‘Installed apps’.
- Select ‘Pharos’ from the list of ‘Installed apps’ and select ‘Uninstall’.
- In the ‘Select Option', select ‘Run Uninstaller’ then ‘Next’.
- In the ‘Pharos Uninstallation’ window, select ‘Next’.
- In the ‘Select Components’ window, select ‘Pharos Popups’ then ‘Next’.
- When the ‘Pharos Directory’ window appears, select ‘Next’.
- In the ‘Start Uninstallation' window, select ‘Start’.
- When the uninstallation has completed, select ‘Finish’.
