The print options are the same as they were for the old UPS1 and UPS2 print queues, but they are arranged differently in the ‘Print1’ and ‘Print2’ queues.
Setting up the print options
- When you print a document, select ‘Properties’ in the print dialog window. Where this is located depends on the application you are printing from.
- Select whether to print on both sides of the paper in the ‘Layout’ tab.
- Select whether to print in black and white or colour in the ‘Paper/Quality‘ tab.
- To select whether to have the pages stapled, select the Advanced button.
The ‘Staple’ option is under ‘Document options’, ‘Print features’.
