About the role

Are you passionate about developing people and driving culture change through coaching? Join our newly established Centre for Coaching & Leadership an ambitious venture in support of the new people strategy where we aim to develop class-leading approaches, blending evidence with practical application to drive cultural change. 

We’re looking for a strategic and experienced coaching professional to lead and deliver impactful coaching interventions across the University. This is a high-trust, high-impact role working with senior leaders and teams, embedding coaching into leadership development, culture change, and capability building.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering expert coaching to senior leaders and key staff groups
  • Leading group and team coaching interventions 
  • Integrating coaching into leadership development programmes
  • Shaping the Centre’s strategic direction and external profile 
  • Collaborating across HR, academic departments, and external partners 
  • Evaluating coaching impact and promoting a coaching culture across the University

Essential Criteria

  • Senior Coaching Practitioner (EMCC or equivalent) 
  • Proven experience in 1:1, team, and group coaching 
  • A strong consultancy approach 
  • Excellent communication, judgement, and stakeholder engagement skills 
  • A generous leader: authentic, empathetic, and adaptable

This role is offered on a part time (18.25 hours per week) permanent basis.
