Skills are at the heart of all we do, and we nurture a culture of continuing professional development.  Colleagues regularly deliver workshops, conduct teaching observations and review materials in a spirit of peer support and collaboration.

Staff are actively encouraged to make full use of the University’s personal and professional development programme, online Development Toolkit and coaching and mentoring opportunities. The University also offers a wealth of resources to support staff wellbeing.
