Join our Research Governance and Compliance Team

The University of Bath is committed to driving high quality research underpinned by the highest standards of research governance, integrity and ethics.

Our research is helping to change the world for the better. We work in partnership to help create a healthier, more sustainable and connected future for us all, which is one of the reasons why it's so important that we recognise that the quality of any research environment is dictated by the policies, codes of practice, processes and governance arrangements that underpin research behaviours and practices.

This team has responsibility for the strategic oversight of research governance policies and processes, monitoring compliance with integrity and ethical standards and contributing to a positive research culture. This is a really exciting and unique opportunity to join a newly established team.

The Research Governance and Compliance Team plays a critical role in the University, working across faculties, Centres, Institutes, and professional services. On establishing this Team, the following recruitment opportunities have now emerged:

These roles will make a major contribution in developing our processes, principles and policies to contribute towards a positive research culture and would suit someone with a background in research or research management in an academic or NHS setting.
