Role

I am responsible for providing technical assistance, advice and resources to staff and students within Architecture and Civil Engineering. I started in this role in May 2021 and very much enjoy my role in assisting students and academics. I also work with my manager and other technical staff to develop and maintain a good health and safety culture within the department.

Wellbeing statement

Every person is different, and things which seem easy and ‘normal’ to some may be difficult or cause anxiety in others. Often when people start talking they realise they have more similarities than they thought, and some troubling thoughts are actually quite common.

Interests

I am studying for health and safety qualifications which take up much of my time, although I try to balance this with relaxation activities. I am interested in jewellery making and reading.
