Staff Wellbeing Champion
I am a Customer Service Administrator within the department of Campus Infrastructure. This is a wide and varied role and there are new challenges every day to overcome.
I was really interested in becoming a wellbeing champion, as I enjoy connecting with people and taking the time to help whenever/wherever I can. It feels good to think that by joining this network I will be able to make steps to make a difference to people’s wellbeing and happiness, whether that is through listening, sharing my own experiences and knowledge or signposting to relevant posts.
When I’m not at work I enjoy being creative, whether that is doing some drawing, painting, or some kind of craft project. I also enjoy catching up with family and friends and taking time for myself to de-compress.
