Kate Elliott MSc, GMBPsS Coaching Psychologist & OD Consultant
Lead coach for the University of Bath coaching network
Role
I have over 20 years' experience working in change management, leadership, and organisational development roles. I am fortunate to absolutely love the work I do - it is an incredible privilege to work closely with people and to witness their commitment and determination. I believe that we all have the drive and the capability to learn, grow and make meaningful, fulfilling changes – my job is to support people to do that.
As a coaching psychologist I work to build a trusted thinking partnership with you as an individual with unique strengths, values, challenges and goals. I bring a range of psychologically informed models and tools together with deep listening, compassion, supportive challenge and integrity to help you to explore who you are, what is important to you, to connect with your purpose and to take meaningful, empowered action.
