Lynn currently holds two roles at the University:
Curriculum and Academic Developer, with a focus on inclusive learning and teaching: Lynn designs and delivers specialist advice, guidance and training to support all stages of curriculum, learning and assessment enhancement, ensuring the diverse needs of all learners are supported
Instructional Designer: Lynn provides pedagogical and operational advice and support for learning design and appropriate use of learning technologies in teaching and learning
Career
Prior to joining the University of Bath, Lynn was a Learning and Development Specialist in the tourism and travel industry. She began her career in education as a primary school teacher.
