Shan is a Research Impact Coordinator, supporting researchers across the University with planning and capturing their impact. He is piloting and testing new approaches to achieve impact through training and peer support.

Shan is a qualified Project Manager with experience in managing large multinational multidisciplinary research projects. His expertise include international mobility and recruitment, admissions, research placement and research collaboration. Shan had coaching training and experience with both PhD students and staff. He is interested in environmental science and internationalisation in an HE setting. He has an MPhil in Renewable Energy and Storage from the University of Bath. He can speak English, Mandarin Chinese and Spanish.
