Hello! I’m Barbara, a Politics with Economics student with an interest in HR and a passion for growth and new opportunities. I truly believe that everyone has unique skills to offer, and I want to help students build confidence and access the opportunities that allow them to shine.

My journey started when I moved to Canada at 15, where I embraced cultural diversity and began freelancing, gaining my first hands-on experience in project and client management. Since then, I’ve continued to grow through roles in partnerships, fundraising, and hospitality.

Becoming a Student Employability Coach feels like a perfect fit. I love connecting with different personalities, encouraging students to trust their strengths, and supporting them through the challenges of applications, interviews, or even just self-doubt.

Outside of studies and work, I’m passionate about spending quality time with family and friends. I also love trying new activities. For me, every experience is a way to grow and share stories with others.
