Role
Sarah is the Head of Marketing in the Faculty of Engineering and Design. Sarah leads the Faculty marketing function on the development and execution of Faculty-wide marketing, communications and recruitment strategies including Digital, Advertising, Campaigns and Content, which contribute to and align with Faculty objectives and the University strategy.
She has worked at the University for almost 10 years and has recently joined the University’s coaching network. Sarah is a keen advocate of using coaching to support colleagues to achieve their full potential, using the skills and knowledge learned whilst studying for the OCM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring.

Career
Sarah has worked at the University for almost 10 years, currently heading up the marketing function in the Faculty of Engineering and Design. Sarah also completed a 2.5 year secondment to IAAPS, leading on the development and implementation of IAAPS’s first ever communications strategy.
Prior to moving to Bath, Sarah worked at Eurostar International in London, leading the UK Marketing function during the company’s historic move to St Pancras and the launch of High Speed 1 in the UK. As Head of Brand and Design, Sarah subsequently led the relaunch of Eurostar’s global brand positioning and visual identity. Having led multi-national teams, Sarah is a keen advocate of the use of coaching to support individual and team performance.
