International Mobility Coordinator Nastasia Janssens International Mobility Coordinator

Nastasia is responsible for queries relating to outgoing exchange students.

Role

Nastasia joined the International Relations Office as an International Mobility Coordinator in 2025. Her role focuses on supporting students with Turing funding throughout their outward mobility journey, from the first enquiry to their return to Bath. She guides students through the administrative processes, and ensures they receive accurate information about funding, deadlines, and requirements. Nastasia is also responsible for short term opportunities such as Summer Schools, including researching opportunities for students, identifying funding, and acting as their main point of contact.

Career

Before joining the team, Nastasia worked in youth development roles at organisations including The Prince’s Trust – now The King’s Trust, and the Young Carers Development Trust. She supported young people through key transitions such as preparing business plans, applying for grants, building confidence, and planning their next steps. Having experienced the challenges and excitement of international study herself, Nastasia is passionate about helping students navigate their own mobility experiences and feel confident stepping into a new environment.

Education

Nastasia completed her bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management in Belgium and spent a year studying in Spain through the Erasmus programme.
