Lesa Cross International Mobility Coordinator (Partnerships)
Lesa is responsible for queries relating to mobility and exchange partnerships.

Role
Lesa primarily supports the Mobility Team through maintaining relationships and processing agreements with mobility and student exchange partners. She acts as a point of contact for students, staff, partner institutions and external bodies dealing with enquiries and providing guidance.
Career
Lesa began her career in food retail management, before changing direction and embarking on a career in the taxation profession working for firms of chartered accountants, where she became an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. She joined the University of Bath in 2000, firstly as Finance Assistant in the School of Management, before moving on to programme administration. Her most recent role before joining the International Office in February 2024 was DBA in HEM Programme Administrator, where she supported professionals working in the higher education management sector. Lesa is now keen to gain experience in the area of international mobility and promoting study abroad, primarily for undergraduate students.
Education
Lesa qualified as an Associate of the Chartered institute of Taxation and she holds a BSc Hons in Economics & Politics from the University of Bath.
