Sarah Turner International Partnerships Officer
Sarah supports the University's internationalisation ambitions by aiding the development and implementation of collaborative partnerships and networks.
Role
Sarah provides expertise and support to the International Partnerships Team in the development and management of international partnerships, networks and alliances.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the International Partnerships Managers in the delivery, logistics and documentation of all partnerships activity.
- Administration of MoU and MoA agreements including supporting due diligence and maintaining university systems pertaining to new and existing partnership business.
- Administration of IRO-led funding schemes, including the Global Chair Scheme and the University's FAPESP applications.
- Coordination of incoming and outgoing international visits, delegations and other key events led by the International Relations Office including the Global Chair Scheme.
Career
Sarah lived and worked in London for five years before joining the university in 2022 as a Department Coordinator in the Department of Mechanical Engineering. Sarah previously worked in the film and television industry, both in in-house development/production teams and on-set in film production team roles.
Education
Sarah graduated with a BA in Film and Broadcasting from Dublin Institute of Technology in 2014. Sarah holds a TOPIK (Korean language) certificate and has a strong interest in International Relations.
Sarah is a member of the Association of University Administrators (AUA).
