She is passionate about helping students access higher education opportunities abroad, combining data-driven insights with innovative outreach strategies to maximise impact across priority markets.

Her background as an IELTS teacher and strong skills in social media communication equip her with the ability to connect effectively with students, parents, and stakeholders. Drawing from her own experience as an international student, she brings a valuable perspective into the challenges and motivations that shape student choices.

Rachel has successfully coordinated five overseas recruitment trips and more than twenty high-profile incoming visits, represented universities at international fairs, and cultivated productive relationships with partner institutions.
