Lisa Martin Lead Coach & Supervisor

Role

Lisa is one of two Senior Coaching Consultants at the University's Centre for Coaching & Leadership. She delivers executive and leadership coaching to individuals, teams and groups, bringing a systemic, challenge-with-compassion approach to unlocking human potential. Lisa also co-leads and provides mentoring and supervision to other internal coaches.

With almost 20 years experience in coaching, Lisa is ICF-PCC accredited and holds a Leadership Circle Master Certification. Her application for ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) is currently in review.

Career

Lisa is originally from Dublin and has lived across London, Lisbon and now Bath. She relocated to Bath for her role here at the university and was drawn to the city's beauty and rich history. Outside of coaching, Lisa is writing a book for people who want to create more joyful lives while also having a positive impact on the world around them.

Lisa particularly loves working with leaders and teams who want to create outcomes that benefit themselves, their organisations, the people they lead and come home to. Bringing challenge with compassion to unlock potential that simultaneously creates whole systems impact.
