Before joining the Vice-Chancellor's Office as Policy and Programmes Manager, Kate held a variety of roles across Professional Services, Early Careers and Higher Education focused on project and programme delivery. She has experience in learning design & development, student recruitment & early careers, schools' engagement & outreach, apprenticeships & strategic partnerships, employability, and widening access.
