Lizzi Milligan Professor

Member of the University of Bath internal coaching network.

Role

Lizzi has worked at the University of Bath for more than 10 years as an academic in the Department of Education. Having previously had a very positive experience of coaching after returning from maternity leave, she is a strong advocate for coaching as a support mechanism for identifying how wellbeing and career goals can be mutually beneficial.

She is currently training to be a coach with the OCM on their apprenticeship. As Lizzi moves through the apprenticeship, she aims to use coaching tools and techniques to support coachees to identify and realise their own goals. As someone with a long-term health condition, she is particularly hoping to develop expertise in coaching life-work balance and developing more inclusive workplaces.
