Hugh has been a member of Bath's Department of Education since 1996, during which time he has held several positions as a visiting professor, most recently at the Institute for Adult Learning's Centre for Skills, Performance and Productivity Research in Singapore. Hugh is editor of the Journal of Education and Work.
