Role
John is the Research Development Manager in Research and Innovation Services (RIS) for the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and the School of Management. His work includes identifying opportunities and developing high-quality research proposals relevant to the following funders:
- Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC)
- British Council
- Department for International Development (DfID)
- Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC)
- Leverhulme Trust
- Nuffield Foundation
As part of the Research Development team, John facilitates workshops and provides skills training for improving grant proposal outcomes.
