Alice Gianella SWC Research Governance Administrator
Staff Wellbeing Champion
Role
I’ve been at Bath University for five years as a Programmes Administrator within the Economics Department and my current role, Research Governance administrator. Since becoming a Mother I have taken a part time role, splitting days between campus and home, which does wonders for work life balance. I’m lucky to work with fantastic colleagues and feel very supported by the University community.
Wellbeing statement
I enjoy helping and supporting people so joining the Wellbeing Champion Team was a no brainer for me. I want anybody to feel comfortable reaching out to me, I would be more than happy to lend a listening ear. Mental Health and Wellbeing is imperative, and I think it is very important to promote healthy practice across the University.
Interests
I’ve always loved dancing and performing. I take part in a Strictly Come Dancing inspired fitness group, Fitsteps. It doesn’t matter what mood I may be in, those 45 minutes really uplift me and activate all those happy endorphins.
