Role

Fran is responsible for:

  • The development and implementation of operating processes and administrative systems related to research integrity.

  • Supporting activities related to the Concordat to Support Research Integrity and Open Research.

  • Providing advice and guidance on research integrity matters.

  • Providing support for further development of the Ethics@Bath online system.

  • Assisting with the University’s transition to a revised ethics governance system.

  • Secretarial duties to the Data & Digital Sciences Research Ethics Committee.

Career

Since graduating with a MSc from Bath, Fran has worked as a researcher within the Department for Health, Department of Psychology and School of Management. Fran has previously worked in Human Resources at the University of Bristol and has a background in health and social care from her work in the NHS and adult social services.

Education

Fran holds a MSc in Health Psychology from the University of Bath.
