Career

Annali is the Researcher Development Manager supporting the training and development of research staff within the University. As a Chartered HR professional, she is a CIPD mentor and sits on the British Antarctic Survey's merit promotion panel. She was previously a researcher development specialist (11.5 years) before joining the University of Bath.

She has coached academic staff in developing their careers and designed programmes in particular to support Early Career Researchers. For her masters degree research she looked at enablers and barriers in research careers and specialised in work-life balance. She is currently an Aurora and Elevate mentor and an Athena SWAN reviewer. Annali is equally open to coaching professional service staff particularly those seeking the next step in their career. As a trainee coach she is interested in exploring neurodiversity and the coaching experience.
