Role

Debra works within the Centre for Coaching & Leadership as a Senior L&OD Consultant, where her role involves the ongoing development of leadership development workshops and programmes across all job families.

Debra believes that coaching can provide people with valuable space to think, presenting an opportunity to gain clarity on issues which may feel tangled or unclear. She uses a range of different tools within her coaching sessions, working with clients to identify what will support them to achieve their best results.

Having experienced the transformational nature of personal development coaching herself, this is something she believes can make a huge difference to personal confidence and job satisfaction.
