Career
Janet is a Senior Lecturer and the Director of Postgraduate Research in the Psychology Department. Janet studies cognitive and sensory changes in people with chronic pain, and novel interventions for these changes. Janet has made two international moves in her career: first from Australia to the UK to do her PhD, and second for a brief stint in France as a postdoctoral researcher.
Janet is particularly interested in coaching people around setting priorities, making difficult decisions, and navigating difficult relationships and conversations.
