Hannah Moore Social Interventions Lead

Role
Hannah (she/her) is the Social Interventions Lead for Student Support at the University of Bath. She is responsible for delivering and overseeing a range of programmes for students that focus on improving wellbeing and reducing loneliness.
Hannah holds a Masters in Social Work and brings together professional expertise with a compassionate, intuitive, and human approach. She particularly enjoys working with individuals who want to feel more secure and confident in their identity, supporting them to build stronger self trust and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. She focusses on creating psychological safety and a motivating environment where people feel at ease, fully seen, and empowered to explore their true selves and genuine aspirations.
Hannah holds a Level 5 Diploma in Professional Coaching and certifications (ICF accredited) in Neurodivergent Inclusive Coaching and Coaching for Wellness. She is a member of EMCC Global.

Career
Hannah has built a varied career within the caring profession, abroad and in the UK, and across the charity and public sectors.
Since qualifying as a Social Worker in 2013, she has specialised in supporting young adults with their mental health and wellbeing. Her experience includes four years working in teenage and young adult oncology at Addenbrooke’s Hospital (Cambridge) and five years in her current role creating and facilitating group-based interventions for students. Inspired by Brene Brown’s work on shame and authenticity, Hannah is skilled at holding space for difficult emotions and taboo topics. In 2023, Hannah won the Staff Recognition Award for her work running the Student Bereavement Group.
