Role
Ninon's international background has given her the ability to see the bigger picture with great attention to detail. She has extensive experience in supporting students from different backgrounds and nationalities in environments that can be very challenging. She has developed strong listening skills and demonstrates empathy with genuine care to support students in achieving their full potential. She helps people balance work-life study with achieving what is most important to them.

Career
Ninon and her team look after the organisation and completion of the year abroad for students in BSc “International Management & Modern Languages”. The team ensure services are efficient, effective and adaptable to changing circumstances.
Ninon’s role involves account managing companies, developing placement opportunities, managing students and the employer recruitment process, preparing and supporting students. She works with peer institutions to provide exchanges, develop common systems and standardised processes on best practice and ensure local and University regulations and procedures are adhered to.
