Social and Environmental Psychology
We focus on the interaction of people with their environments.
The Social and Environmental Psychology research team studies values, morality, creativity, environmental behaviours, and identity and discourse in online and offline social contexts. We are part of the Department of Psychology.
Our interdisciplinary team has carried out international research, including:
- It’s not too late to do the right thing: moral motivations for climate change action
- How Much is Enough in a Perfect World? Cultural Variation in Ideal levels of Happiness, Pleasure, Freedom, Health, Self-esteem, Longevity, and Intelligence
