The Council Effectiveness Review Steering Group met on 4 October 2019 to sign off on implementation of the recommendations made by the Halpin Partnership’s Independent Review of Council Effectiveness at the University of Bath.
The grid of recommendations received final sign-off by Council at its meeting on 24 October 2019, and the Steering Group was formally disbanded.
