The on-cost calculator allows you to determine the true cost of an employee. It also provides their national insurance contributions and the employer's pension contributions.
- The annual salary tab displays full on costs for a known annual salary
- The pro-rata tab displays the pro-rata annual and monthly salary for an employee not working as a 1 FTE
- The casual workers tab calculates the cost of an hourly paid employee, based on being paid in one month with holiday pay
- The hourly paid teaching fellow tab calculates the cost of an hourly paid teaching fellow, based on being paid in one month
