Please note: Promotion application forms have been updated, (September 2024). Academic Staff Committee agreed that there should be a short period of grace for applicants who have already begun to write an application for promotion using the previous forms. During this time, applicants can submit their application using either the previous version if form or the updated application forms. This grace period will be in place until the deadline for February’s meeting of ASC, which is 3 December 2024. After this date, only the new application forms should be used.

Once you've completed the form, please submit it along with your supporting documentation to your Head of Department/Division.
