Quote Capture Form (QCF)

The Quote Capture Form (QCF) should be used to record quotations obtained for all purchases between £10,000 and £39,999 (inclusive of VAT).

Form

The form will automatically generate;

  • a Multiple Quote Form when more than one quotation has been sought, or
  • a Single Quote Form when only one quotation has been sought.
