Use this form if you need to submit an appeal under the Student Appeals Policy.

If you are appealing a decision under the Student Appeals Policy, please complete this form and send it to student-appeals@bath.ac.uk

If you were given a fixed penalty notice by a member of the University Security team but did not sign it and wish to query it, please contact student-discipline@bath.ac.uk. If you signed a fixed penalty notice, this indicates your acceptance of it and this appeal process does not apply.
