Our new Masterplan will outline potential opportunities for the enhancement of our Claverton campus. We hope that it will also inform the development of the new Local Plan by Bath and North East Somerset Council (B&NES).

Its purpose is to define development opportunities that could be delivered as and when required, subject to financial and operational feasibility. A formal planning application, informed by a detailed feasibility study, would still be required before any specific development opportunity identified in the Masterplan could proceed.

This report on the University’s Emerging Masterplan is informed by the consultation events that took place in March 2018.
