Any pages which currently include images, such as the login screen and detail pages, will be replaced with a plain coloured background.

These changes will make it easier for people who have impaired vision or use a screen reader to access iTrent.

When the change will happen

This change will take place on Thursday 21 January, between 8am and 9am.

Making Bath digitally accessible

A new law called the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 means the University must make its websites, mobile applications and digital resources accessible. As a result, Bath has launched a Digital Accessibility Initiative to improve access to our digital resources. The aim is to make sure our websites and mobile applications can be used by as many people as possible, including those with impaired vision, motor difficulties, cognitive impairments or learning difficulties and deafness or impaired hearing.

What to do if you are experiencing access issues

If you are experiencing any issues accessing any of our webpages, mobile applications or digital resources you can report an accessibility issue using our dedicated form.
