This risk assessment tool was designed by PBWG to enable academic staff to reflect on risk factors in events and social space and consider changes.

Having assessed the risks using the risk assessment, you may wish to discuss your reflections with a relevant Director or Studies or Teaching, your Head of Department or a member of the Professional Boundaries Working Group (PBWG).
