Following a review of the pedestrian crossings on campus there is a need to carry out some work to bring them in line with current regulations. In order to carry out the required work we regret that there will be a number of road closures between Monday 22nd August – Thursday 22nd September.

From Monday 22nd August – 4th September:

Works on the first of two crossings on the North Access Road will commence.

WOO Crossing - The North Access road will be closed between the red lines below. Deliveries coming to campus from the East side can be escorted to 1WN/3WN/3W/3WA from the point marked with a blue line.

From Monday 5th September – 22nd September:

Two further roads will be closed. The second of the North Access road crossing will be upgraded.

Brendon Crossing - The North Access road will be closed between the red lines below. Deliveries coming to campus from the West side can be escorted to 1WN/3WN/3W/3WA from the point marked with a blue line.

At the same time the Woodland Court Crossing will be upgraded – the road will be closed between the red lines. Deliveries/The Quads bins emptying vehicles coming to campus from the South side can be escorted from the point marked with a blue line. Please note, during this time the road in front of the Chancellors Building will be open to enable access to the East side of campus.
