Westmoreland Road in Bath will be closed overnight to traffic, due to bridge inspection works. If you're travelling by car or bike, the diversion will be via Lower Oldfield Park, Brougham Hayes (B3111), Lower Bristol Road (A36) or Pines Way, and Westmoreland Road.
The First Bus service U1 that would normally serve the Oldfield Park loop will be unable to do so and will go as far as the St James Cemetery bus stop on Lower Bristol Road and wait before resuming to Pines Way and A36. This diversion will be from 22.00 on Wednesday 11 October until 06:00 on Thursday 12 October.
The Brougham Hayes, Junction Road and Hayesfield School bus stops will not be served and passengers are advised to board or alight at St James Cemetery bus stop.
