Updates to the Information Security Policy

The Information Security Policy has been updated following a review.

What has changed

Minor revisions have been made to the policy, notably updates to 'Roles and Responsibilities' in Section 3, specifically 3.1 for individuals and 3.2 for the Data Protection Officer (DPO).
