It’s that time of year when software requests and renewals are often submitted, so this is to remind you about the form you need to use when requesting new software or renewal of existing software.

If you have used the form before, you may notice a few different questions from the 4 September 2023 to help make sure you can provide the key information upfront, so that we can progress your request or renewal as quickly as possible.

Simply access the Request Software form from the TOPdesk Requesting Software summary page that details the information you will need before you start to complete the form, as the system does not allow you to save and return later.

These changes to the Request Software form are a way for Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) to improve the service we can offer to you, and are linked to the DDaT Evolution project.
